Description

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to help us execute our most critical marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, automations, analytics, and distribution.

This is a full-stack execution position for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives on shipping things fast. You’ll work closely with the CEO and lead the tactical delivery of our marketing operation.

What You’ll Do

  • Publish and manage content across platforms (StoryChief, HubSpot)
  • Operate our CRM, email tools, and campaign workflows (HubSpot, Make, ZoomInfo)
  • Upload blog posts, build landing pages, publish social media updates, schedule email campaigns
  • Track performance and report results using analytics dashboards
  • Own day-to-day execution of campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Work closely with our automation developer (technical marketing) to connect systems and data
  • Manage marketing assets, naming conventions, folders, versioning, and SharePoint documentation
  • Collaborate with the CEO and our AI marketing agents to turn ideas into execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing operations or marketing execution
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup
  • Proficiency with AI tools and workflows (e.g. GPT, Make.com, Jasper, Framer)
  • Strong English (written + verbal)
