Marketing Assistant – (ZR 22410 JOB)

We’re seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our digital-first team, playing a crucial role in our content and social media expansion. This position offers an exciting blend of creative content creation, social media management, and email marketing, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools while maintaining an authentic brand voice. You’ll work directly with leadership to execute and optimize our digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys both executing established processes and providing strategic input to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish SEO-optimized content using provided AI tools and prompts

• Manage content publication workflow including formatting and image sourcing

• Execute social media strategy with special focus on Pinterest growth

• Create and send engaging email campaigns through Klaviyo

• Maintain and optimize content calendar across all channels

• Source and integrate high-quality imagery for all marketing materials

• Provide strategic input on content performance and optimization

• Support ongoing marketing initiatives with careful attention to detail

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, especially Pinterest

• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)

• Familiarity with AI tools and content generation

• Basic SEO knowledge and content optimization experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while following established processes

• Experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce marketing preferred

• Proactive mindset with ability to suggest improvements

• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms
