We’re searching for a First Line IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems onsite, in our office in Manila. This role involves diagnosing system issues, guiding end-users, managing IT assets, and contributing to IT projects. Candidates should have a solid understanding of Windows OS, MacOS, Linux basics, and TCP/IP networking. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and good English language skills are essential. Additionally, we are looking for individuals committed to self-improvement and unafraid to use innovative AI tools in their daily work to foster progress.

What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS and basic of Linux OS;
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including routing, switching, and firewall configuration, WiFi;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving system issues, and providing guidance on the use of IT systems and services.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT Operations Department to ensure that IT systems and services meet the needs of the business.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Manage and maintain IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with end-users to understand their technology needs and priorities.
  • Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
