【職務内容】

ポジション概要
当社では、日本語および英語のバイリンガルで、整理整頓された思考を持ち、自発的に行動できるデータアーキテクトを募集しています。配属先は、CDOオフィスに相当するデータ＆アナリティクス部門です。

本ポジションは、企業全体のデータライフサイクル管理をはじめ、エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、クラウドインフラ、各ビジネスユニットとの連携において重要な役割を担います。実務的かつ横断的な業務が中心であり、優れたコミュニケーション能力、協調性、そしてデータアーキテクチャおよびガバナンスに対する高い関心が求められます。

主な職務内容
★ MS AzureおよびDatabricks上における、データライフサイクル全体をカバーするエンドツーエンドの企業データプラットフォームの設計・維持
★ データボールトやスター・スキーマなどの手法を用いたデータモデルの設計および実装
★ 分散型データメッシュ環境におけるデータドメイン管理に向けたステークホルダーとの連携
★ Informatica MDM SaaSを活用したマスターデータ管理（MDM）プロジェクトの支援およびデータ統合設計
★ 運用システムからデータレイクハウスやデータマートへのデータ移行戦略の立案および効率的なデータパイプラインの設計
★ データガバナンス、データ品質管理、ドキュメンテーションに関するベストプラクティスの推進

必要な経験・資格

★ 3〜5年のエンタープライズデータアーキテクチャおよびライフサイクル管理の経験。
★ MDMシステムとエンタープライズ環境におけるその統合に関する強い知識。
★ データモデリング技術（データボールト、スタースキーマ）の経験。
★ データ操作と自動化のためのSQLとPythonの習熟度。
★ 日本語と英語の両方での強いコミュニケーションスキル。

★データレイクハウスアーキテクチャとデータガバナンスフレームワークの理解。

【Job Description】

Position Summary 

We are looking for a bilingual (Japanese and English), organized, and self-motivated Data Architect to join the Data & Analytics Division (equivalent to a CDO Office). This role is pivotal in managing the enterprise data lifecycle and collaborating across teams including Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, and Business Units. 
 
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role requiring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for data architecture and governance. 

Key Responsibilities 

★ Architect and maintain end-to-end enterprise data platform on MS Azure and Databricks, covering full data lifecycle. 
★ Design and implement data models using techniques such as Data Vault and Star Schema. 
★ Collaborate with stakeholders to manage data domains in a distributed data mesh environment. 
★ Be able to support MDM implementation project and architect data integration for the same (with Informatica MDM SaaS). 
★ Design efficient data pipelines and advise on data movement strategies from operational systems to datalakehouse and datamarts. 
★ Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, and documentation.

【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】
＜Must＞

Required Qualifications 

★ 3–5 years of experience in enterprise data architecture and lifecycle management. 
★ Strong knowledge of MDM systems and it’s integration in enterprise environment. 
★ Experience with data modeling techniques (Data Vault, Star Schema). 
★ Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation. 
★ Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English. 
★ Excellent team player with a collaborative and empathetic mindset. 

＜Want＞

Preferred Qualifications 

★Understanding data Lakehouse architecture and data governance frameworks. 
★Experience with Power Designer or similar data modeling tools. 
★Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform. 
★Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and cloud platforms, especially Azure and Databricks. 
★Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. 
★Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 for collaboration and documentation.
