Senior Marketing Analytical Engineer

Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining data models, dashboards and reporting solutions for our Marketing Sales & Analytics teams to drive new member and product growth.
• Develop and maintain BI solutions using tools like Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient data transformation.
• Collaborate with ET data engineers, other analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and be able to translate business requirements into technical documents and project manage implementation timelines.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across reporting platforms.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Apply SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Document data workflows, best practices, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or quantitative analytics field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, and Data and/or Business Analytics;
8+ years of related experience in designing and implementing complex data solutions across various platforms using relational databases, nonrelational databases, data streams, and file storage/retrieval.
Extensive experience building self-service reporting tools to drive actionable insights to drive omni-channel sales and service products. Comprehensive knowledge of Technology/Digital products and emerging technology platforms, applications, data analysis, research techniques, and standards. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required to collaborate across various levels of the organization.
• Expert in SQL, PYTHON, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with DBT tools.
• Strong proficiency with BI Tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
• Expertise with cloud-based data warehouses.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Expertise on planning, delivery, stitching, and managing data so it is easily consumed by business partners.
• Expertise in data hygiene, root cause analysis, identification and correction of data discrepancies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
