Position Summary:
-
Optimize ML RNN/CNN models on sensor data with healthcare applications.
-
Help interdisciplinary researchers to publish clean codes in public repositories programmed in Python, Pytorch, LangChain using git repo.
-
Develop clean, readable, and maintainable public code using object-oriented programming principles in Java and Python.
-
Apply machine learning libraries in Python (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, Seaborn, Scikit-learn) to visualize and model healthcare sensor data.
-
Design and implement deep learning architectures for time-series data.
-
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using Python.
-
Create visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn to communicate findings.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional research teams in French and English language to enhance AI and data-driven solutions.
-
Familiar with server system administration and bash scripting to support a research-intensive academic team, manage and debug computing servers if necessary.
Qualifying Skills:
-
Strong programming skills in SQL, Java, Python, MATLAB.
-
Experience with ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and GoogleColab.

Expertise in data cleaning, preprocessing, and time series forecasting and their deep learning counterparts RNN, LSTM , BiLSTM, CNN models.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Power BI.

Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and communication skills with knowledge in strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Proven ability to conduct reproducible research and work independently on complex projects.
Experience and Education

Master’s degree in Software and Computer Engineering (French engineering schools are preferred).

Experience in optimizing ML algorithms for healthcare data.
-
Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures for real-world applications.
-
Professional certifications in Python for Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, SQL, and System Administration.
