We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in market research and data analysis who can deliver actionable insights to drive business strategy, optimize sales operations, and support go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in market research, sales support, and competitive intelligence, with the ability to conduct both primary and secondary research and turn data into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, industry shifts, and potential risks. Evaluate competitor positioning, customer behavior, and industry benchmarks to support strategic planning.
  • Sales Operations Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations team to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and support sales enablement with relevant intelligence. Provide inputs that improve forecasting, territory planning, and sales strategy.
  • Market & Account Analysis: Perform comprehensive market sizing, segmentation, and account mapping to identify high-potential opportunities. Analyze company structures, hierarchies, and key decision-makers to support targeted outreach efforts.
  • Primary & Secondary Research: Design and execute primary research studies including surveys, interviews, and questionnaires. Gather and validate secondary data from publicly available sources such as industry reports, company filings, databases, and news sources.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of market and customer data. Identify patterns, develop dashboards, and present insights using Excel, BI tools, and visualization platforms to stakeholders across departments.
  • Reporting & Insights Delivery: Create compelling and visually engaging research reports, presentations, and dashboards. Provide stakeholders with clear and concise summaries that support decision-making across business units.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in market research, business intelligence, or sales operations.
  • Strong proficiency in conducting primary and secondary research using various methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with account mapping, competitive benchmarking, and market segmentation.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis, including statistical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of sales operations processes and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in B2B or technology-driven environments.
  • Exposure to global market research practices and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
